Goleta Valley Planning Area
Goleta
Valley is an unincorporated portion of the South Coast of Santa Barbara County
and one of seven community planning areas under County jurisdiction. The
Goleta Valley Planning Area lies primarily on the coastal shelf between
the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Ynez Mountain Range, east of the City of
Goleta and west of the City of Santa Barbara, and includes the southern slopes
of the mountains up to the crest.
