Goleta Visioning Committee
Public
participation and community involvement is the cornerstone of community planning.
Therefore, like many other community planning processes in Santa Barbara
and beyond, a "Visioning" has been formed to represent the diversity
of community interests and facilitate ongoing community involvement through
the process.
After public outreach efforts, thirteen community members were chosen from an impressive list of over 50 applicants. Those selected to serve on the Visioning Committee (GVC) are distinguished by their long term and ongoing dedication to our community.
