Goleta Valley Planning Advisory Committee (GVPAC)
The GVPAC advises County staff during the Goleta Community Plan Update project. The role of the GVPAC is to receive community input, develop Community Plan goals, and review and comment on the Draft Goleta Valley Community Plan for Eastern Goleta Valley. Composition of the GVPAC is based upon many factors, including geographic areas, professional affiliations, community segments, and other interest groups that are representative of the community. GVPAC members are residents, property owners, or business owners within Eastern Goleta Valley, or Zone 2 of the Goleta Valley Planning Area shown on the map above.
