County of Santa Barbara Long Range Planning Division

The Los Alamos Pedestrian Circulation and Parking Plan implements direction from the 2011 Los Alamos Community Plan (LACP) directing the County to work with Caltrans to design safe and aesthetically pleasing pedestrian walkways and bicycle lanes linking residential and commercial uses in Los Alamos, including uses located east of Highway 101, with downtown and Bell Street, and to prepare a phased parking plan (LACP Action CIRC-LA-1.2.3 and Action CIRC-LA-1.5.1). On January 13, 2015, the Board of Supervisors received the plan and referred it to the Public Works Department for inclusion in the County's Capital Improvement Program.
