Draft Mission Canyon Community Plan Environmental Review 
The Board of Supervisors reviewed the proposed draft Mission Canyon Community Plan, Residential Design Guidelines and amendments to the Santa Barbara County Land Use & Development Code and authorized initiation of environmental review at a public hearing held on October 7, 2008.

Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR)
The County Santa Barbara is the Lead Agency responsible for completing the draft Environmental Impact Report for the Mission Canyon Community Plan. Documents may be reviewed at the Planning and Development Office located at 123 E. Anapamu Street, Santa Barbara. A review copy is also available in the Santa Barbara Central Library Reference Desk at 40 East Anapamu Street, Santa Barbara. Free CD copies are available in the Planning and Development Office and hard copies of Volume I and II may be ordered. Contact (805) 568-3380 for more information.
The public comment period on the Draft EIR closed on Wednesday, April 27 at 5:00 pm.
