Old Town Orcutt Traffic, Circulation & Parking Study 
The Old Town Orcutt Traffic, Circulation and Parking Study evaluates the potential traffic and parking impacts of the implementation of the concepts of the Old Town Orcutt Streetscape Concept Plan developed in 2006 and approved by the Board of Supervisors on July 25, 2006.

Informational Public Meeting - 03/20/08
A draft study was presented to the public to gather comments. Comments were received and incorporated into the study. County staff facilitated the meeting that included representatives for Penfield & Smith who were on hand to answer specific technical questions regarding the study analysis.
