Conservation Element
Summary
The
Conservation Element includes policies that address the conservation, development,
and use of natural resources including water, forests, soils, rivers, and
mineral deposits in Santa Barbara County. It also includes the Groundwater
Resources Section which was updated in 1994 and presents goals, policies,
actions, and development standards intended to improve groundwater supply.
